Sunday breakfast at its best! Quick and easy chocolate pancakes. Packed with protein, plus all the goodies to get you energised for the day.

 

PREP TIME 10 minutes SERVES 1 COOK TIME 10 minutes DIFFICULTY Medium

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 6T Googy’s Original Protein Pancakes

  • 2T cacao powder

  • 1T cacao nibs

  • 10T of milk of your choice (I used almond milk)

  • 30g block of Loving Earth Dark chocolate, chopped roughly

  • 1t coconut oil for the pan


METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, add all your ingredients and stir until batter forms

  2. Place coconut oil in your pan on medium heat. Place the mixture evenly in the middle, cooking each side for roughly three minutes.
